All of our sessions begin with a thorough consultation to learn more about the client’s goals and specific needs for the massage session. We will cover current and past conditions and injuries to develop a treatment plan to alleviate stress, pain and tension and bring you Back In Balance.
Regardless of the massage therapy session you choose, your massage therapist will provide you with recommendations for self-care and regular massage therapy maintenance. Receiving regular massage, at least once a month is recommended to help you reach your health and wellness goals. High-stressed, demanding and more physical jobs may require bi-weekly or weekly maintenance.
Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy
Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy (AOBT) is a unique, therapeutic massage technique that is both incredibly relaxing and surprisingly effective. Utilizing parallel bars overhead for balance and leverage, the AOBT therapist uses her body weight to apply pressure directed through her bare feet. This allows for smooth, flowing, gliding, strokes on lubricated skin, providing an intensely deep, and amazingly relaxing therapeutic massage experience.
